  • What signs indicate my well may need service?

    Low water pressure, discolored water, unusual noises from the pump, reduced water flow 

  • What are the most common well pump problems?

    Some issues can be: Motor failure, worn-out seals, pressure switch issues

  • Do water well's go dry?

    Normally, no. If your well is not producing water it is typically a pump issue, a screen issue or some other issue.

  • What would cause low pressure or no pressure water flow?

    No pressure or  low pressure can be caused by several things. Pump issue, tank issue, softener issue, plugged filter in the line, too small of plumbing,or a faucet issue. Many things can cause low or now pressure.

  • When do you replace your well pump?

    On average a good pump should last between 10 to 15 years but maybe sooner depending on your property and the amount of output your system performs.

  • What do I do if my well water is brown?

    Call an emergency well water company immediately to get your home the great quality water it needs to function.

  • How do you tell if the well pump is bad?

    Here are some indicators if your well pump is going bad. If your well pump system is:

    • Fluctuating water pressure throughout your home
    • The well water tank is creating noises or clicking sounds
    • Faucets spitting water
    • Very hot shower water
    • High electric bills

    Then you will need an emergency well water service to repair your system before matters get worse.

  • How to keep the outside well pump from freezing?

    Insulating your well water pipes should be your home's first plan of action to mitigate your good pump from freezing. You can use foam pipe insulation or thermal blankets with heat tape. If you're well pump pipes are frozen call for immediate well pump services.

  • How long can a well pump run continuously?

    Your well pump should not run continuously. If this is an ongoing issue in your home your electric bill may increase due to this circumstance. If you're noticing that it is cycling on and off repeatedly or any other issues call a well water professional immediately.
